Our school is led by an elected group of staff members who meet regularly to plan, implement, and reflect on how to continuously improve the outcomes for our students, parents and staff.

Distributed Leadership Teams (DLTs)
Distributed Leadership Teams (DLTs) are small teams that meet at least monthly to focus on specific aspects of school operations. Three DLTs formally operate as sub-committees of SLT:
- Hospitality
- Core Social Emotional and Behavioral Supports
- Parent Engagement and Support
Other DLTs work in coordination with SLT and one another, but do not formally report to SLT.
- Branding and Marketing
- Grade Level Instructional Teams
- Science Fair
- Spelling Bee
- Talented and Gifted
- Tier 2 & 3 Social Emotional and Behavioral Supports
- Tier 2 Academic Supports
- Tier 3 Intensive Problem Solving
DLT meeting dates are determined by the DLTs.

I choose to work in education because getting kids ready for life today and on track for life tomorrow is the most important and world-changing work our community does. I also choose education because teachers are the most fun folks to work with!
